What should I do if I can't find a specific location?

Search by location level

CASAFARI organises locations in a hierarchy, so you can search broadly or narrowly:

• District: broader administrative regions
• County: regional divisions
• Parish: more localised areas, for greater accuracy
• Street: specific streets, for highly targeted results

Draw a custom area on the map

If a standard location search does not return the results you expect, use the Draw Area tool on the map to create a custom boundary. This lets you define your area of interest manually, even if CASAFARI does not recognise it by name.

Search by reference number or phone number

If you have details from an external source, you can find properties even when the geographic data is unclear or missing:

• Enter a reference number from a real estate agency’s page into the CASAFARI search bar.
• Search by an agency phone number to see all listings linked to that contact.

Contact support

If none of these methods work, email support@casafari.com or go to Help Center > Contact Us in the platform. To help us respond faster, include:

• the location name
• the agency reference
• screenshots of what you are trying to find
