How do I report an error in property information?
Open the property's details page in CASAFARI, click Report Error under the main property details, describe the incorrect or missing information, and submit the report. Your report goes to the CASAFARI team for review so they can investigate and correct the data.
Reporting errors helps keep property information in CASAFARI accurate, so you and your team can rely on the data.
- Log in to your CASAFARI account.
- Use the search tools to find the property with incorrect or missing information.
- Open the property details page.
- Under the main property details, click Report Error.
- Give detailed information about the error you have found.
- Submit your report for review.
