How do I report a bug?

Report an error on a property page

Use this method when the issue relates to a specific property listing.

1. Open the property page of the listing in question.
2. Locate the property details section next to the image.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the first information box and click Report an Error.
4. Select the type of error from the dropdown menu.
5. Write a brief description of the issue you encountered.
6. Click Submit to send your report to the team.

The team will analyse the cause of the problem and correct the information.

Report a general bug

Use this method for bugs that are not tied to a single listing, or if you cannot access the error report tool.

1. Click the Help Center icon in the top right corner of your CASAFARI screen.
2. Select Contact Us and send a message to the support team.
