Why do I see watermarked photos from an agency no longer listing the property?

By default, CASAFARI shows the photo set from the listing with the most images, even if that listing is no longer active or the photos carry watermarks. To share cleaner photos, choose a different photo source on the property page before sending a SmartLink or PDF.

The photo selection also ignores which agency originally uploaded the images. The goal is to give you the most complete visual overview of the property.

How to share cleaner photos with clients

  1. Log in at https://www.casafari.com/login.
  2. Use Property Sourcing to find the property.
  3. Click the property to open its full details page.
  4. Use the picker below the photo gallery to choose the source of the photos.
  5. Share the property via SmartLink or PDF.

Good to know

  • The photo source you choose applies to the SmartLink and the PDF.
  • Always review the selected image source before you share a property with a client.
