What is the difference between sold and delisted properties?
A sold property is a listing that agencies or platforms have explicitly marked as "sold". A delisted property is a listing that has been removed from platforms without an official status change to "sold", so some delisted properties may in fact have been sold.
Listing statuses
Active: The listing is live and available on real estate platforms.
Sold: The property has been confirmed as sold, and its status has been updated on the platforms.
Delisted: The listing no longer appears online, but its status has not been updated to reflect a sale.

Good to know
- “Delisted” does not mean “not sold”. If the listing agency or platform never updates the status after a sale, the property stays marked as delisted.
