Who can see my comments on a property?
Your comments on a property are private. Only you and the members of your team within the same agency account can see them. Other CASAFARI users and external agents and agencies cannot see them.
You can add private comments on any property so you and your team can work together and keep track of insights or decisions.
Add a comment to a property
- Log in to your CASAFARI account at https://www.casafari.com/login.
- In Property Sourcing, find the property you want to comment on.
- Open the full property details page.
- Select Comments at the top of the property page, next to the SmartLink and PDF options.
- Type your note in the comment box.
- Click submit.

- You can use comments to log client feedback, pricing notes or follow-up reminders so your team stays aligned.
