How do I find bank-owned properties?
Open the Property Sourcing page, select the Private | Agency tab, scroll to the Bank section of the filter panel and tick Bank properties. Your results then focus on listings that come directly from banks and other financial institutions, such as repossessed or distressed properties.
- Navigate to the Property Sourcing page.
- Select the Private | Agency tab.
- Scroll to the Bank section in the filter panel.
- Tick the box for Bank properties.
Why use this filter
Filtering by Bank properties lets you:
- Focus on listings that come directly from financial institutions.
- Spot assets that may be undervalued or may come with favourable financing options.
- Leave out traditional agency listings when you are looking specifically for bank opportunities.
