How do I use the property history?
Open the property's details page from Property Sourcing and scroll down to the History section. It shows a chronological timeline of the property's market activity, including listing creation and removal dates, price changes, listing source updates and changes to property details.
- Go to https://www.casafari.com/login and sign in with your credentials.
- Use Property Sourcing to locate the property you are interested in.
- Click the property to open its full property details page.
- Scroll down to the History section.
- Read through the chronological list of events to see how the property’s price, availability and listing sources have changed over time.
Understanding special messages
Sometimes the history shows a message such as:
“We started to track this source when this property was already inside their portfolio.”
This means CASAFARI began monitoring that website after the property was already listed there. The system therefore cannot show the exact date the property was first listed on that source.

- Property history helps you understand a listing’s pricing trends and marketing strategy, which is useful when advising clients or preparing valuations.
