What is the difference between the All Properties and All Listings filters?
In Property Sourcing, All Properties shows one page per property, combining all available data after deduplication. All Listings shows one page per individual listing without deduplication, so you see every version of a property published by different portals or agencies.
When to use each option
- All Properties gives you a clean, consolidated summary of each property. The property page brings together the available information from its active and delisted listings. Use it for faster analysis and cleaner reports.
- All Listings shows each listing separately. Use it when you are investigating listing history or comparing publishers.
How to switch between them
- Log in at https://www.casafari.com/login.
- Open Property Sourcing from the main navigation menu.
- In the Filters section on the top bar, open the last filter option.
- In the All Properties / All Listings filter, select All Properties or All Listings.
Good to know
- Some recent properties may still appear only under All Listings because their deduplication is still in progress.
- Not every source is deduplicated. Deduplication covers the most relevant sources in your market.
If you need help with these filters or with deduplication, contact support@casafari.com or go to Help Center > Contact Us inside the platform.
