How many alerts can I have?
By default, you can have up to 200 active alerts in your CASAFARI account. To make room for new ones, delete alerts you no longer use, or ask the support team at support@casafari.com for a higher limit.
Multiple alerts let you monitor different locations, property types, price ranges and client needs at the same time.
Creating an alert
- Log in to your CASAFARI account.
- Use the search filters to set your property criteria.
- Click Create Alert.
You will be notified when new properties match your search.
Requesting a higher limit
If you need help managing your alerts or need a higher alert limit, email support@casafari.com or go to Help Center > Contact Us in the platform.
Good to know
- The 200-alert limit counts active alerts only.
- Deleting older or unused alerts frees up space for new ones.
- Give each alert a clear, descriptive name so you can manage and prioritise your alerts easily.
