How do I search for a property?
Open Property Sourcing, click the search icon in the search bar at the top of the page, and type a location, street, ZIP code, reference ID, listing URL or phone number. Select the right suggestion, then use the filters under the top navigation bar to narrow the results.
- Log in to your CASAFARI account at https://www.casafari.com/login.
- Open Property Sourcing from the starting page, or click the magnifying glass in the vertical menu on the left of your screen.
- Click the restore icon so that all filters are restored.
- Click the search icon in the search bar at the top of the page and start typing.
- Select the location you want from the search suggestions list.
- Adjust the filters under the top navigation bar to narrow down the results.
What you can search by

| Reference ID / URL | Enter a listing ID or reference from a website, or paste an external URL, to find a specific listing |
| Phone number | Enter a contact number to find listings associated with it |
| Draw on map | Use the polygon drawing tool to define a custom search area |
Search by reference or URL
Enter the reference of the property you are looking for. You can usually find it in the original listing on the website or real estate portal. You can also paste the listing’s external URL.
Search by phone number
Enter the phone number of the estate agent or private seller to find all the properties they have listed. This helps you tell genuine private sellers apart from professional agents.
Draw a custom area on the map
- Go to the Map View on the property search page.
- Click the Draw Tool.
- Use your mouse to outline the area you want.
- Release the mouse to complete the shape and apply it as a search filter.
This is useful for custom boundaries such as neighbourhoods or investment zones.

- Combine filters, such as price, typology and status, for more precise results.
- Save your searches or set up Alerts to hear about new listings.
- Use SmartLinks to share search results with clients.
