How do I monitor my competitors?

Set up competitor monitoring

1. Log in at https://www.casafari.com/login and open Property Sourcing.
2. Type the location in the main search bar, or draw a custom boundary on the map.
3. Click the Private | Agency filter.
4. In the Agencies and Agents block, under With this agency, type the name of the competing agency. You can add more than one agency.
5. Add any other filters you need, then click Save to see all the results.
6. Click the bell icon next to the main search bar to create an alert.

Manage your alerts

To view or change your alert, open the Alerts page with the bell icon in the vertical menu on the left.

Good to know

• Alerts notify you about your competitors’ new listings, price changes and status updates.
• You can combine the agency filter with other filters to narrow down the competitor listings you follow.
• Checking competitor activity regularly helps you anticipate market moves and adjust your own listings or marketing.
