What can I do if I have trouble accessing my account?
Disable any VPN, open CASAFARI in Google Chrome, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and restart your device. On an iPad, also turn off iCloud Private Relay. If you still cannot get in, check your browser's console for errors and send a screenshot to support@casafari.com.
These steps resolve the most common technical problems with accessing your CASAFARI account or tools.
On a desktop computer
- Disable any active VPN. VPNs can interfere with your connection to the platform.
- Open CASAFARI in Google Chrome. CASAFARI performs best on Google Chrome.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Stored data can cause loading or formatting errors. Google’s Chrome help pages explain how to do this.
- Restart your device. A full restart often resolves temporary system issues.
If the problem continues, check your browser’s console for errors:
- Right-click anywhere on the CASAFARI page and select Inspect.
- In the new window, click the Console tab.
- Reload the page.
- Take a screenshot of any errors displayed and send it to the Support Team.
On an iPad
Use Google Chrome as your browser. If you still have problems, turn off iCloud Private Relay, which can affect your access:
- Open Settings on your iPad.
- Tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID settings.
- Select iCloud.
- Scroll down and tap Private Relay (Beta).
- Switch Private Relay to Off and confirm if prompted.
- Exit the Settings app.
Turning off Private Relay means your real IP address is used when browsing, which helps prevent access issues with CASAFARI.
Good to know
- Each account can be used on up to 5 “fingerprints”. A fingerprint is a combination of device, browser and IP address. The same device used in two different browsers counts as 2 fingerprints.
- If you have completed these steps and still cannot access your account, contact the Support Team at support@casafari.com or via Help Center > Contact Us inside the platform.
