How do I add Instagram, website or WhatsApp details to my SmartLinks?
Open the Me menu at the top right of CASAFARI, go to Edit Profile and scroll to the SmartLink contact information section. Add your WhatsApp, Instagram and website links there, and they will appear next to your photo and name on the SmartLinks you share with clients.
- Log in to your CASAFARI account at https://www.casafari.com/login.
- Click the Me menu in the top right corner of the screen.
- Open the Edit Profile tab.
- Scroll down to the SmartLink contact information section.
- Enter your details in the fields you want to show to clients.
Fields you can fill in
- Short introduction: a brief professional title or description, for example “Team Lead Customer Success”.
- Email address: filled in automatically from your user account.
- WhatsApp link: use the format
https://wa.me/YourNumberorhttps://wa.me/NameSurname. - Facebook link: use the format
https://facebook.com/yourprofile. - Telegram link: use the format
https://t.me/YourUsername. - Instagram link: use the format
https://instagram.com/your_profile_name. - Website link: your personal or company profile page, such as your CASAFARI profile or a custom URL.
Where clients see these details
- On the SmartLinks you share with clients
- Next to your photo and name, so clients can contact you easily
- Within the property cards or folders you share through SmartLinks
