How do I reset my password?

Reset a forgotten password

1. Go to https://www.casafari.com/login, or click Login on the CASAFARI website.
2. Click Forgot password? below the login fields.
3. Enter the email address associated with your CASAFARI account.
4. Check your inbox for the email with a link to reset your password.
5. Follow the link and create your new password.

Change your password while logged in

If you can still access your account and only want to update your password:

1. Log in at https://www.casafari.com/login.
2. Click the Me icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Password from the dropdown menu.
4. Enter your current password and the new password you want to use.
5. Click Save to confirm the change.

Password tips

• Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Avoid easily guessable passwords, such as “password123”.
• Update your password regularly.
• Never share your password with anyone.
