Can I use my account on more than one device?
Yes. A CASAFARI account can be used on up to 5 fingerprints, where a fingerprint is a combination of device, browser and IP address, so the same device in two different browsers counts as 2. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone.
How fingerprints are counted
Since March 2025, CASAFARI has counted fingerprints rather than devices. Each fingerprint combines:
- the device you use, such as a laptop, desktop or mobile phone
- the browser on that device
- the IP address you connect from
Each different combination of these three counts as a separate fingerprint.
Why the limit exists
The limit is there to:
- prevent account sharing and unauthorised access
- protect your personal and business data
- maintain system performance and integrity for all users
- ensure compliance with the CASAFARI Terms and Conditions
If your account is blocked
CASAFARI’s security protocols may block an account automatically if they detect that it is being used outside these rules, for example if login credentials are shared with other users. If you think your account was blocked in error:
- Check that you are using CASAFARI within your 5 fingerprints and that nobody else is using your login.
- Contact support at support@casafari.com, or go to Help Center > Contact Us inside the platform.

- Earlier limits of 1 device or 3 devices no longer apply. The current limit is 5 fingerprints per account.
