Where can I find my invoices and payment details?

The invoices page lists each of your invoices together with the information linked to it.

Download invoices and receipts

1. Log in to your profile at https://www.casafari.com/account/invoices, or open the Payments section from your profile.
2. Click Download Invoice or Download Receipt as needed.

Check and pay pending invoices

1. Log in to your profile at https://www.casafari.com/account/invoices, or open the Payments section from your profile.
2. Click Pay next to the pending invoice.

Change your payment method

1. Log in to your profile with your email at https://www.casafari.com/account/invoices.
2. Click Pay.
3. Select your preferred payment method (Direct Debit or Credit Card).
4. Enter your updated payment details.

Your subscription will then be charged automatically according to the billing frequency defined in your contract.

Update the company details on your invoices

To change the company information shown on your invoices or receipts, email billing@casafari.com or support@casafari.com and include:

• Commercial name
• Fiscal name
• VAT number
• Company address
