How do I review my subscription renewal?

Check your renewal details regularly so that your subscription stays uninterrupted.

1. Click on the Me menu.
2. Select Subscription Details.
3. In the subscription overview, check the following details:
   • Next renewal date
   • Total renewal amount
   • Auto-renewal
   • Plan type and licence count

Change your renewal settings

• Adjust your subscription: To change your licence count or cancel, contact CASAFARI at support@casafari.com at least 30 days before renewal.
• Update billing information: Email the support team before your renewal so that your invoices show the new information.

Good to know

• Renewal is automatic unless you have requested otherwise with 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.
• Check your subscription before the renewal period to avoid unexpected charges.
• Any updates made by the admin apply to all team users.
