Where is the property shown on the graphic?
On a property page, scroll down to the Graphics section. The property you are viewing is marked with a house symbol on bar charts and a red dot on scatter plots, so you can see at a glance how it compares with other listings.
To find the Graphics section:
- Go to https://www.casafari.com/login.
- Click Log in and enter your credentials.
- Use Property Sourcing to find the property you are interested in.
- Click the listing to open the property details page.
- Scroll down to the Graphics section.
The comparison covers price, size or other relevant metrics, depending on the graph.
You can use the marker to show clients where a property stands in the market: above, below or in line with similar listings.
