How do I create a valuation report?
Open the Property Valuation Tool from your CASAFARI dashboard. Enter the property address and details, click Evaluate, choose your comparables, then customise the report and generate it as a SmartLink or export it as a PDF or CSV file.
The Property Valuation Tool estimates a property’s value and produces a report you can customise and share.
- Log into your CASAFARI account and go to your user profile.
- From your dashboard, select the Property Valuation Tool.
- Type in the address of the property you want to value.
- Fill in the basic and advanced details of the property to ensure accuracy.
- Click Evaluate to run the initial evaluation based on the information you entered.
- Adjust your comparable settings and, if needed, select the most relevant comparables manually.
- Optionally, add any extra characteristics, such as additional features or custom factors that affect the valuation.
- Customise the final report format, then generate it as a SmartLink, export it as a PDF file or export it as a CSV file.
Good to know
- If a comparable you want to use does not appear in the list, you can add it with its reference or ID.
