How do I perform a property valuation?

Value a property with Valuations & Market Study (CMA)

The Property Valuation tool estimates a property’s market value from real-time comparables.

1. Log in at https://www.casafari.com/login.
2. From the menu, open Valuations & Market Study (CMA).
3. In the search bar, enter the address, postcode or cadastral reference of the property you want to value.
4. In the Valuation settings tab, enter the property’s details, such as size, condition and features.
5. Click Evaluate.
6. Open the Evaluation tab to see the estimated value range and the list of comparables used in the analysis.
7. Add or remove comparables to refine the results.
8. Click Personalise report to adapt the content to your client’s preferences and branding.
9. Click Export & Share to download the valuation as a PDF or share it via SmartLink for a digital presentation.

Get an instant valuation from a property page

1. Search for the property in Property Sourcing.
2. Open the property page and scroll down to the property valuation section to see an instant valuation for that property.
3. For a more complete valuation based on this property’s characteristics, click Get AI Presentation to build a customised valuation presentation.

Good to know

• Adjust the list of comparables so that it better reflects the property’s characteristics or market segment.
• For best results, check that the property’s key details, such as size, location and features, are accurate before you value it.
