What can I do in the Time Series tool?
In the Time Series tool, part of Market Analytics, you choose an area and a time frame and track how that market changes: asking prices, price per square metre, price changes, new listings, and sold or delisted properties. You can export the analysis as a PDF or a SmartLink.
The tool shows the data as timeline-based visualisations. You can use them to spot trends, market movements and changes in inventory over the period you select.
Indicators you can track
- Average asking price
- Average asking price per square metre
- Properties with price increases
- Properties with price decreases
- New unique listings
- Sold and delisted properties
- New non-deduplicated listings
Export your analysis
You can export Time Series data in two formats:
- SmartLink
Choose the option that suits you to save your insights or share them with clients and colleagues.
