What can I do in the Price Distribution tool?
The Price Distribution tool in Market Analytics shows interactive graphs of price distribution (total and per square metre), time on the market per price segment, market stock and average asking price (total and per square metre). You can export the results as a PDF or a SmartLink.
Price Distribution is the second feature in the Market Analytics section of CASAFARI. Its graphs show pricing trends and overall market dynamics in the area you are analysing.
Why price segments matter
Properties with different numbers of rooms and in different price segments can behave differently once they are on the market. For example, an acceptable price for a luxurious 3-bedroom apartment in a sought-after area will differ from the price for a 3-bedroom in a less prestigious part of the city or in a smaller property. Price Distribution helps you see these differences.
