What can I do in the Heatmap tool?
The Heatmap, one of the three tools in Market Analytics, shows the average asking price, average asking price per square metre, number of listings and price increases and decreases for your chosen location, property type and time period. It presents them as a ranking table and an interactive map.
What the Heatmap shows
The Heatmap gives you a visual, data-driven overview of market activity. It shows these indicators:
- Average asking price
- Average asking price per square metre
- Number of listings available on the market
- Price increases and decreases
How the data is displayed
The data appears in two formats.
Ranking table (left column)
- Shows values per region, province or district.
- Lists them from highest to lowest.
Interactive map (right side)
- Shows the selected area visually.
- Shades each region in blue. Darker blue means a higher value.
- Click a specific area to see its individual data.
Good to know
- For searches in the Spanish market, you also see the average closing price. This indicator is only available for Spain. It is in beta while the platform continues collecting data.
