How do I use the location tools on a property page?
Open the property's page from Property Sourcing and scroll to the location section below the property's history tool. There you can use the Heatmap, Similar transactions, Time to Travel and Points of Interest tools to assess the property's surroundings, accessibility and convenience.
- Go to casafari.com, click Log in and enter your credentials.
- Use Property Sourcing to locate the property you want to analyse.
- Click the listing to open the property details page.
- Scroll to the location section below the property’s history tool.
- Use the location tools described below.
Heatmap
Compares the property’s value with the surrounding areas.
Similar transactions
Shows similar and closed transactions in the area.
Time to Travel
Shows how long it takes to travel from the property to a specific address, such as an office, a school or the city centre. You can choose the transport method: car, bike, walking or public transit.
Points of Interest
Shows nearby facilities such as schools, supermarkets, restaurants, parks and hospitals. Use it to evaluate how convenient the property is for different lifestyles.
Tips and help
You can use these tools in client presentations to highlight a property’s location advantages, or when you prepare investment analysis reports.
