How do I use the graphics on a property page?
Open the property's details page from Property Sourcing and scroll down to the Graphics section at the bottom. Its charts help you evaluate the property's pricing in the context of the local market and track how it has changed over time.
- Go to https://www.casafari.com/login and enter your credentials.
- Use Property Sourcing to find the property you are interested in.
- Click the listing to open the full property details page.
- Scroll down to the Graphics section at the bottom of the property page.
- Review the charts and data visuals in the section.
What the Graphics section shows
The section typically includes charts and data visuals such as:
- Market stock
- Price per square metre comparisons
- Listing history trends
- Market activity around similar properties
Using the graphics with clients
The charts can support your pricing strategy. They also give you clear, data-driven visuals for explaining market trends to clients.
