How do I perform a market analysis?
Log in to CASAFARI, open Market Analytics from your dashboard, choose the area you want to analyse, and apply filters such as operation type, property type and condition. Then set the time period and review the results in the heatmap, price distribution graph and time series chart.
Market Analytics lets you analyse market trends, monitor real estate supply and activity, and extract market reports with up-to-date data.
- Log in to your CASAFARI account at https://www.casafari.com/login with your credentials.
- From your dashboard, select Market Analytics.
- Select the area or region you want to analyse.
- Set the filters that match your analysis goals, such as:
- Type of operation (Sale or Rent)
- Property type
- Condition (for example New or Renovated)
- Define the time range you want to analyse, for example the last 30 days or 6 months.
- Review the results with the visual tools:
- Heatmap: shows the geographic distribution of prices
- Price distribution graph
- Time series chart: shows trends over time
