How do I download the valuation report as a PDF instead of a SmartLink?
Create your valuation in the Valuations & Market Study tool, then open either Basic (manual personalisation) or AI Presentation and make your changes. Click the download button to save the document as a PDF; in AI Presentation, the button is in the top right corner.
If you only see a SmartLink, export the report from one of the two personalisation options. The PDF download button is inside them.
- Log in to your CASAFARI account at https://www.casafari.com/login.
- From your dashboard, go to the Valuations & Market Study tool.
- Create your property valuation as usual.
- Choose how you want to build the market study:
- Click Basic (manual personalisation) to edit it yourself.
- Click AI Presentation to build it with the AI Presentation Builder.
- Make your changes to the market study.
- Click the download button to save the document as a PDF. In AI Presentation, this button is in the top right corner.
If you still cannot download the PDF, contact support@casafari.com or go to Help Center > Contact Us inside the platform.
