What is CASAFARI Connect and how do I use it?

CASAFARI Connect works like a social network for real estate professionals. You can connect with other agents, share commission-based opportunities and accelerate sales. Properties available for shared commissions are marked with a heart-shaped handshake icon:

Open your Connect mailbox

1. Log in to CASAFARI at https://www.casafari.com/login.
2. From any tool, click CASAFARI Connect in the left-hand menu. It is the heart-shaped logo formed by two hands.
3. Use your Connect mailbox to manage:
   • received requests
   • sent requests
   • accepted and declined offers
   • conversations with other professionals

Set your commission preferences

1. Click the Me icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Connect Settings.
3. Define your preferred commission information.

Request a commission share on a property you don’t list

Use this when you have a buyer for a property that is not in your portfolio.

1. Go to Property Sourcing.
2. In the Private/Agency filter section, select CASAFARI Connect. This shows properties shared by users who have CASAFARI Connect enabled.
3. Open the CASAFARI property page of a property that shows the Connect icon.
4. Click the Connect button at the top of the page to see which agencies will share commissions on this property and their conditions. You can also check the table of sources on the property page to see which agencies offer shared commissions and their terms.

Complete the CASAFARI Connect activation process, or contact the support team at support@casafari.com.

What happens next

When both the buyer agent and the seller agent accept a sharing request, CASAFARI provides all the information you need to complete the transaction smoothly and quickly.
