How do I share properties from my search results?
In Property Sourcing, tick the checkboxes next to the listings you want and click Export & Share at the top of the list. Then click Share Smartlink and copy the link to send to your client by email, WhatsApp or any other platform.
A Smartlink is a customisable, shareable URL that contains the listings you selected. The recipient does not need a CASAFARI account to view it, and you do not need to save the properties to a Favourites folder first.
Create a Smartlink from Property Sourcing
- Go to Property Sourcing.
- Apply your filters, for example location, property type or price.
- Use the checkboxes next to each listing to select the properties you want to include.
- Click the Export & Share button at the top of the property list.
- Click Share Smartlink in the top right corner of the page.
- Copy the link and share it by email, WhatsApp or any other platform.
Good to know
- You can create multiple Smartlinks from the same set of results.
- You can edit the Smartlink content later. The link remains active and up to date.
- Smartlinks let you track engagement, such as views and interactions.
- Smartlinks work well for highlighting time-sensitive opportunities or answering client enquiries quickly.
