How do I generate a property and location description with AI?

Open the property's page from Property Sourcing and click Generate a description with AI, below the property's general information and images. CASAFARI writes a property and location description from the available data, which you can review, edit with the pencil icon and copy into listings, marketing materials or SmartLinks.

  1. Log in to your CASAFARI account at https://www.casafari.com/login.
  2. Use Property Sourcing to find the property you want.
  3. Click the listing to open the full property details page.
  4. Below the property’s general information and images, click Generate a description with AI. CASAFARI creates a detailed property and location description from the data available for that property.
  5. Review the generated description.
  6. To change the tone or highlight specific features, click the editing option (the pencil icon) and adjust the text.
  7. Copy the description for use in your marketing materials, on listing platforms or in SmartLinks.

Good to know

  • Use the AI-generated description as a starting point. Customise it slightly for different audiences, for example investors or families, to make it more engaging.
  • If the description does not generate or you run into another problem, contact support@casafari.com or go to Help Center > Contact Us inside the platform.
