How do I find properties available for commission sharing?
In Property Sourcing, open the Private | Agency filter group, scroll to the CASAFARI Connect section, select the CASAFARI Connect Members option and click Save. Your results then show only listings from agents who share commissions through CASAFARI Connect.
- Log in to CASAFARI at https://www.casafari.com/login.
- From your dashboard, open Property Sourcing.
- In the filters, open the first filter group, Private | Agency.
- Scroll down to the CASAFARI Connect section and select CASAFARI Connect Members.
- Click Save to apply the filter and refresh your search results.
Working with the results
The results show only listings from professionals who take part in CASAFARI Connect’s commission-sharing programme. CASAFARI Connect lets agents and agencies share listings and commissions on selected properties.
Each listing shows whether it is available for collaboration. It may also show the proposed commission split. To work on a listing, use its contact options to reach the listing agent and agree terms with them.

- You can combine this filter with other filters. For example, add the Location filter to see eligible listings in a target area such as Lisbon.
