How do I download information from private listings?

In CASAFARI, open the Leadflow tool, go to Private Listings, apply your filters and click Download at the top right of the private seller list. Choose CSV or XLS, then click Download again to export up to 500 leads at a time.

  1. Log in to your CASAFARI account at https://www.casafari.com/login.
  2. From your dashboard, go to the Leadflow tool.
  3. Click Private Listings to view the available private seller leads.
  4. Set the filters to narrow down the private sellers you want to source.
  5. Click Download at the top right of the private seller list.
  6. Select CSV or XLS as the report format.
  7. Click Download to start the export.

Good to know

  • Each download is limited to 500 leads at a time.
  • Set your filters before you click Download. The filters narrow down the private sellers you are sourcing.
