Why Ciudad Jardin property?

Before becoming a residential area, until the nineteenth century, Ciudad Jardín used to be a luxury seaside resort. Locals went here to relax and improve their health at the modernist l’Hotel Ciudad Jardin, which still operates today. Nowadays, Ciudad Jardin has the same charm and attraction peculiar to the coastal resort of Mallorca, but representing more of a coastal town than a typical resort area.

Ciudad Jardin is located on the east of Palma municipality along the bay in the district of Coll d’en Rabassa in Playa de Palma.
