Mission

Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agents and investors), increase number of leads and report customer feedback to improve the product.

Requirements

  • Native in Spanish;
  • Conversational level of English;
  • Living in or open to relocating to Lisbon;
  • 1+ years of experience in sales;
  • Exceptionally ambitious and hungry for success;
  • Autonomous with good organisation skills;
  • Ability to deliver a data-driven pitch and explain complex concepts in a simple manner;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomous, self-driven, strong growth mindset;
  • Energetic and personable.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales through cold calling & cold emailing;
  • Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agents and investors) in Spain;
  • Create client accounts and support them in the registration process;
  • Help clients to convert from "Sign-up" to "Test account" to "Pay";
  • First point of contact - assist all client requests that range from account issues, new features, and generic questions;
  • Provide training to new or existing clients on how to use the platform;
  • Create and update FAQs;
  • Analyse and organize metrics of user engagement.
