Type A wanted! Sales in real estate technology on the Portuguese market, with a base salary + %% of deals + stock option in the company.


Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agents and investors), increase number of leads and report customer feedback to improve the product.


  • Acquire new B2B customers (real estate agents and investors) in Portugal;
  • Outbound sales through cold calling & cold emailing;
  • Present the product to potential customers, through web seminars and face-to-face trainings;
  • Create client accounts and support them in the registration process;
  • Help clients to convert from "Sign-up" to "Test account" to "Pay";
  • Gather clients' daily feedback as a base for defining future data development strategy;
  • Attend conferences and meet ups for networking.


  • Native in Portuguese;
  • Conversational level of English;
  • 1+ years of experience in sales;
  • Exceptionally ambitious and hungry for success;
  • Autonomous with good organization skills;
  • Ability to deliver a data-driven pitch and explain complex concepts in a simple manner;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomous, self-driven, strong growth mindset;
  • Energetic and personable.
