Customer Success Representative

We’re looking for passionate, proactive and pragmatic Customer Success Representatives for the Portuguese and Spanish markets to join our team of 20+ nationalities at our offices in Lisbon. You'll grow with us as we strive to fulfil our mission and vision: to bring transparency to the real estate market with the cleanest and most complete real estate database in the world.

Our end products are: a metasearch like Trivago or Skyscanner, a daily market data feed like Bloomberg Terminal, and we are currently building property market analytics with the most complete database updated in real time.

Mission

Work closely with our B2B customers to ensure their satisfaction, developing strategies to promote their retention and loyalty and reporting customer feedback to improve the product.

Your role:

  • Support our existing customers, answering all their questions
  • Gather feedback from customers and handle customer requests
  • Support customer-focused marketing campaigns
  • Actively achieve a high level of customer satisfaction/engagement and work on projects to add/boost value to our existing customers

What we're looking for:

  • Native in Portuguese AND/OR Spanish
  • Conversational level of English
  • Willingness to relocate to our Lisbon office
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
  • High service orientation
  • Patient and active listener
  • Autonomous with good organization skills
  • Ability to deliver a data-driven pitch and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
