Brand and Communications Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, proactive and pragmatic Brand and Communications Manager to join our team of 20+ nationalities at our offices in Lisbon. You'll grow with us as we strive to fulfil our mission and vision: to bring transparency to the real estate market with the cleanest and most complete real estate database in the world.

Our end products are: a metasearch like Trivago or Skyscanner, a daily market data feed like Bloomberg Terminal, and we are currently building property market analytics with the most complete database updated in real time.

Your mission:

The mission of our Brand and Communications Manager is to develop and globally raise awareness about our Proptech SaaS brand.

Your role:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy
  • Provide strategic input and direction for the brand while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind
  • Real estate technology/Proptech branding to boost demand creation and lead generation
  • Internal and external employer branding to boost recruitment
  • Provide after-sales customer success through guides (video, text)
  • Lead and execute campaigns and story-telling initiatives
  • Publications of market research, white papers
  • Work side by side with Performance & Content Marketing team
  • Act as the brand’s spokesperson with media relations
  • Select and manage communications with external agencies
  • Work on webinars, market leadership and expertise content

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in Public Relations, Brand and Communications
  • Understanding of technological companies, B2B/SaaS, real estate
  • Experience in employer branding and communications supporting B2B sales and customer success
  • Ambition and grit
  • Creativity and positive attitude
  • Hands-on, doer, high-achiever, fast learner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Bonus: Portuguese
