The international airport is 15 minutes away by car, which attracts prime second-home buyers who have to go on business trips almost every week.

The closest beach is the Blue Flag beach of Cala Major. It is one of the best beaches on Mallorca that is notable with its fine golden sand and turquoise crystal clear waters.

For golf players, Club de Golf Son Vida and Son Gual are located in close vicinity. They are phenomenal for the quality of their installations as well as for the wide range of services that they offer.

In addition, the facilities to enjoy the majority of different aquatic sports like sailing are available in a short distance. There are several sports clubs, of which the most outstanding are Real Club Náutico de Palma, Escuela de vela Calanova and Club Náutico de Portitxol.

It is also a mooring area for cruise ships. Notably, the boat of the royal family with the name of Fortuna is anchored in this port.

In the past, it was a fishing village, but nowadays it is a reference point in Palma de Mallorca for its commercial area. Porto Pí shopping mall is one of the favourite places for everyone. It is an attractive point as for local and foreign business people so for second-home buyers, who prefer to live close to the centre but without giving up the privacy.
